FAQ
Is coinjoin.app safe?
Current analysis does not clearly confirm that coinjoin.app is safe. Important context includes cryptocurrency cautions and recent domain registration. Independent verification is still recommended before relying on it.
Why does coinjoin.app have mixed reputation signals?
Key factors include registrar information (Name.com, Inc), hosting in FR, a relatively new domain (9 months), and content related to cryptocurrency and digital-asset services. Major malware and phishing engines did not report active blacklist detections at the time of review. The trust score blends security detections, domain and infrastructure signals, and on-page behavior patterns. Overall, this points to a mixed profile rather than a clearly safe one.

Last Night I logged into Coinjoin.app transfer over to their system a small amount of BTC, their "service" consists in mixing one coins with another customer for a small fee, at the beginning the screen lets you transfer something like 0.008 BTC, that first operation does not suceed as the web browser screen displays an error message after a while of apparent operation, conveniently the error message points to their " help centre" - once i there you can enter few details like your email address, the transaction details, a brief description of what happened; once the message is sent we get informed that within 24 hours a support persona shall contact us, in fact, in my case, not even half of an hour went past mr "Marco Support Engineer" showed up with an email ( I can provide all of them if requested ). the explanation is that minimum amounts of BTC being sent was not fulfilled, system won't be able to process requests for less than 0.1 BTC. All I was asked to do in order to resolve the problem is to make another transfer of BTC for the indicated amount and the coin join operation should get through associating and consolidating ALSO the previous transferred amount, it is "important" to give the system the same "deposit target address" as in the previous transaction, this is an address the user will have fed to the system, together with the amount of BTC that they wish to coinjoin at the second screen over the entire procedure, at this address users should receive their coinjoined coins. In order not to loose my initial 0.008 BTC i decided to go on and to send another 0.1 BTC, same quick simple procedure, same brtief waiting time, same error message at the end. At this point the "support engineer" will be a constant feature in one's mailbox with many kind of reassurences as to why this time too the user made some kind of mistakes; in my case this went on another two times, each time the minimum amount required to send risen up to the tune of " now, due to factors that cannot be controlled by coinjoin support" minimum BTC required to unblock the previous two transfer is 0,25 BTC and on and on....user is instructed "please" not to fiddle with amounts and hashes during the process of entering the requested data, then to change the "deposit target address" for a fresh one as the previous one had got flagged", user gets gas lighted that it is them not following strictly any instructions given, " why did you initiate another coin mix procedure" while corrent one was being comnpleted" etc etc. Eventually I decided to stop sending BTC and conceded that I'd been scammed, I tiold Marco ( the "support engineer" ) that he's treating me like a fool, he kept typing messages always very measured and polite that "no, he's only here to try and help" "please don't worry your BTC is here, we can't access it, but if you follow my further instructions" " nobody is getting scammed here, please be more strict with following my prompts" etc etc. I will be happy to provide any kind of material in my possession to support this whole story. Eventually I was scammed for 0.008+0.1+0.25+o.25 BTC, and my friendly "support engineer" dedicated his attention to me via a number of email messages for over 4 hours, at 3 o clock in the morning, hurt and exhausted I surrendered to the truth of what I participated in and acknowledge the results.
