II did all the questions then it did nothing after that

Hi' Received goods Ok' my mistake on over pricing as price was in US dollars which converted to higher price in Oz Dollars. Was contacted & updated on delivery. All good.

Beware of this website.

I ordered an item from this outfit. My credit card was charged but did get any confirmation for my order. After waiting a week for delivery I contacted my credit card company for a refund.

Beware!!

Ordered several of the same item for a total of about $93 and got no order confirmatiion and no product shipped, but they did hit my AMex Card for the whole amount. No contact direct or via Amex to find out what I bought but did not receive.

I ordered titanium cutting boards after only wanting one cutting board. My wife didn't want them, because they have sharp edges. She told me that if she dropped the cutting board, she mighr lose a toe. I called to return the boards and get a refund. It cost me $21 to return the shipment after calling customer support. They apparently do not want to have items returned because a manager was on the line and he offered to drop the price to about $50. for three titanium cutting boards. I told them that I just wanted my money back. Shipped items back to them via fedex and got a signature. Now I've been waiting for two weeks for a response. I will not purchase anything from this organization again. Still waiting to get a refund.

Received cutting boards to be a gift for our kids for Xmas, a disappointment, such a scam....they have all different names for the account to make it hard to track. Do not order from them!

Here's their scam: You order one cutting board during checkout but their Ai records 3 no matter how many times you email them immediately for their goof, but too late, they've "already notified their shipping dept and 'your' 3orders have been shipped already...too bad" - all within 5 minutes of my back & forth email protests! AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

This company charged me So much extra for the one single titanium cutting board. Still fighting with them for a refund or something I did not receive. Also this titanium cutting board which they guarantee will not scratch etc. is a piece of crap. First time I used it There’s scratches all over it. The customer service department is terrible. Pretty sure I won’t get my money back from them. I highly recommend that nobody orders one single thing from this company! Two of my friends had a similar experience. I wanted to put zero stars, but they didn’t have that option.

Never received a confirm e-mail for product purchased. Received damaged product, found company name on credit card statement, called their customer service number and will be waiting for replacement.

This website just stole my money right now. No tracking number or order number. The transaction said unsuccessful but money was taken from my account
