This company is a scam. DO NOT order anything. I ordered blue shoes, but got black shoes twice. They just said they were out of blue shoes. Really? So you sent wrong shoes. I never got what I ordered. They offered me a 50% refund, but I demanded a full refund after 5 months of waiting. They sent me a refund email for another customer. Unbelievable. I finally had to contact my bank. Unbelievable.

If I could rate ) stars I would. They advertise their fabric as a "linen blend" and it's 100% synthetic. Flimsy, unwearable clothing. When I tried to return it, they provided me with an address in China and a link to DHL and a $60 shipping fee. They are not based out of N.Y. This company is a fraud.

scam! wasnt paying attention and needed these comfy shoes for work. They were nothing like the photo and were the cheapest fabric no markings on them at all , no size, fabric content .. not even nice enough to donate. In the trash :/no stars

Ordered 2 XXL cotton cardigan sweaters. Nice quality, but in American sizing they are maybe a medium. Took 2.5 weeks to deliver, and the tracking info showed it coming through Europe. RED FLAG. This “store” is NOT in New York. It is in China. There is no Charles or Nancy. The store is NOT going out of business. After weeks of emails, I was offered a chance to return them at my expense through DHL. It would cost $145. So, one of my smaller friends will be getting 2 new sweaters. I feel so stupid.

What I ordered is CHEAP. The shoes are plastic the dress is a very cheap material. When I tried to return for a refund, I jumped through hoops and then the cost to return to China was more than the $55 I paid for the shoes! SCAM!!!! Do not buy from here!!

I thought I was ordering from a boutique in New York and NOT from China. What I received isn’t even close to what i ordered, it’s cheap, shiny ugly fabric, I ordered a silk blouse. Ugly ugly ugly crap. I’m sure they’ll advise I return at my cost which will be almost as much as the order itself. Never ever order clothing from China. Never.
