Ordered items, received a tracking number. The item said delivered. Contacted via email as no phone number, they wanted to give me 50%credit to use in store, then credit back after I said no for money back less shipping. I contacted credit card and reversed charges as they said it was a shipping issue. I ordered again thinking I have had success with other online products and maybe just a glitch. Watched the tracking and everything followed normally till it was in the state. Then the next day it said it was delivered to the address. It was not and now I have another email into customer service. Fooled me 2times. I'm done with this one, and wish I could put an avoid on this company via Facebook where I found them.
