June 18th. 2025 ordered 5 articles July 8th.- received parcel and and three did not fit me. July 8th. I tried to return via on-line, however could not get through. Proceeded to customer services via email. They wanted photos of the articles and QR codes . I sent everything requested. The amount owed to me is 89.00CAD. plus taxes. July 16th. email they offered 10.00CAD July 17th. email they offered 16.00CAD. July 18th. email stipulated I was to accept the 16.00. This was a their final offer. I have the string of emails to justify everything. What sort of company does this??? NOT ONE I RECOMMEND.
