Ordered 13th April and delivered on 20th April. My first email to [email protected] 2100hrs 20th April. Dear Sir/Madam, My Brivona Vintage Vinyl Record Player SKU: RTR108 was delivered today. I regret to say that it arrived damaged and I wish to return it for a complete refund. Please tell me where to send it. I am very disappointed. Paul Hutchinson I was briefly optimistic because they replied the next day but requested photographic evidence of the dented carton the damaged corners of the turntable - which I did. At first they said the photographs weren’t clear enough so I sent more and I made it clear that I wanted a full refund. After they had seen the photos they offered me 15% discount and when I told them that I thought that was derisory they increased it 20% and asked if I had tried the turntable. I continued to stand my ground and told them that I just wanted to return it for a full refund. I contacted my bank and they gave me a temporary credit of £229 and they are still trying to contact the company. Today (25th April) I received the following email. We are sorry to hear that you still want to return the product. To proceed with the return, please review our return policy outlined below: Return Conditions: 1.You are responsible for all shipping costs, including the initial delivery cost and the return shipping cost to Hong Kong. 2.A 15% handling fee will be deducted from your refund. 3.The return process takes approximately one month. 4.Return shipping costs are approximately £35. Please check with your local post office for exact rates. 5.You must provide tracking information. 6.The refund will be processed after we receive the item. 7.Please note: If the international package is held by customs and cannot be cleared, we will be unable to process any refund as we have not received the returned item.
