THIS IS DEFINETLY A SCAM i placed an order for 2 bottles and after receiving the order info via text they added 6 bottles of glycogen to my order . i called within an 1 1/2 hours to cancel the order and was not allowed to cancel. i called several times for their mailing address but to no avail. please be ware !!!!!

I guess I am one of the lucky ones. I watched a video of Elon Musk talking about this new product that his cohorts had developed to ward off Alzheimers Disease .His sales pitch was very well done and very convincing. The price was very reasonable. I went to the site and filled in all my info, but stopped and decided to Google search BPWellnes. I am so glad I did because the report was very negative and suspicious. I went back to the purchase page and removed all my info. I had not put my credit info in, so as I said, I was one of the lucky ones. Beware of BPWellness and Elon Musk. What a lying creep he is.

SCAM ALERT!!!!! My husband and I were impressed by a video on FB of a Neuropathy drug available and so we decided that I should order it. The company did not accept Discover, which should have been a giveaway, but we reluctantly charged to another card. We NEVER EVER received a confirmation of the order with an order # or total cost , but days later, received an email that the order was shipped…still no cost or receipt of purchase. Weeks later, a package arrived with two strange products enclosed, and because there was no identifying info, I thought it was sent in error. I never opened either bottle, one was capsules for a Diabetic supplement, ( I am not diabetic) the other product was simply labeled “Cleanse”. I never heard of either product. Meanwhile, a charge of $149.99 was charged to our CC, which was puzzling, but I simply thought it was for the Neuropathy meds I thought I ordered. That never arrived. Instead, a month later, yesterday, in fact, on 7/27/26, another package arrived, but it contained the very same two products, ‘Glycogen” & “Cleanse’ that I NEVER ORDERED! And of course, another $149.99 was charged to our CC again.No receipt, no shipping confirmation this time. I immediately tried to contact the company by phone, to no avail, so I sent a message requesting a refund for the $299.98 for the two shipments and stating that I had NOT ordered those products. We then began researching the company, BP WELLNESS HUB to get some history on their business practices…lo & behold…we’ve been scammed!!! You can buy the very same product Glycogen on Amazon for $17.02…wow…what a markup.Now, the company is telling us the first order was past the 30 day refund deadline and so we would be liable for that $149.99 because we entered our CC# for the purchase. I’d say this is a perfect example of a “bait & switch” scam. Please Folks, DO NOT PURCHASE anything from website: [email protected]! There are BBB complaints and other situations like ours. Buyer BEWARE!

I placed an order with them a couple of days ago for a product to help me with my COPD. It was six bottles for 3999. I double checked my bank account two days later they charged me 5999 and then turned around and charged me 230 999 for two more bottles that I did not order And now I have to wait because the product has been shipped so I have to wait five more days to get my money back they took $300.98 and they were only supposed to take 3999. This is the second time that this company has screwed me over so beware people stay away from this Website And if you’ve bought anything from them, I would go back. Check your bank account and see if they turn around and charged you twice on the day that you placed your order.

I ordered a small pkg and they sent me the largest package and then charged me for both. I was able to talk with a representative named Abie Morgan, who gave me a confirmation number of 071620250716202565297. She then transfered me to Ampela who seemed very helpful. I then got a reference number for the call. It was 692815130197. I got a return address to send back the products which I did. I was to get reimbursed in 3-5 days. Its been almost 3 weeks and the 800 number they gave me has been discontinued 800-555-1212. I believe this is a scam. I demand to be reimbursed immediately.

Pretty certain this is a scam. They won't return my emails and I haven't received anything and also, they have me in a subscription that I never agreed to.
