No matter how hard I try I cannot have BPS knives contact me. I had a few simple questions that is apparently not worthy of their attention. I cannot track my order they tell me to go to a different web address that comes up as not usable. I have a few of their knives and a couple on order and I just wanted to track my order and apparently that can't be done anymore. I will never buy another BPS product and I cannot recommend them to anybody. If you check different sites for scam websites then BPS knives comes up as rating 9 out of 100. And they say it is a scam website. Goodbye BPS!
