I ordered a P-Coat overcoat XXXL because I am going to layer this winter. The coat arrived and I tried it on. OMG! This was a child's XXXL at best. I normally wear XXL and could not even close the jacket close enough to even start to zip it. When I contacted them to ask how to return for a refund, "Diane" responded promptly, but, needed pics of the shipping bag, garment sizing tag, the garment itself. To which I sent, and even one with me wearing it and you can clearly see it cannot be closed. They advertise as if they are going out of (retiring) business and are this Lilly white couple who are retiring. They did everything possible to keep me from persisting on returning the item. After multiple backs and forth, "Diane" made the mistake of giving ne a return address...in CHINA! She also sent a non working DHL link to purchase a return label. WTF?!!! There is a lot more to this story and how scammy they are, but I will leave it at this. Avoid them like the plague, and if anyone has any ideas about how to expose them to the Chinese government, I am all ears. The Chinese government does not like to be publicly embarrassed and if a single company is shown to be the cause of that, their government will Crack down like a sledgehammer. I am chalking this up to a loss, but will still dig to expose them. Buyer BEWARE! Complete SCAM!

SCAM business. If you want to return anything, the con continues with outrageous fees, a phony DHL service that charges more fees for a return label and box and I'm sure it will go on. They should not be operating!
