Paid for shoes online on 11 October. Got an email stating despatched on 13 October. No movement on the tracked item by 20 October. i contacted their customer service.Ever since, all i have had are repeated promises that the matter would be escalated - nothing has happened and no product has arrived. The best they could offer was "store credit" - so effectively an ongoing promise I would never get any goods, given the first item failed to arrive! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. This is a Chinese company posing as a Dutch Company. Goods I recieved (Jacket) bear no resemblance to the picture and they will not refund unless you ship it back to China at your own expense. This practice is unfair and misleading under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent UK consumer protection standards, I have never experinced such bad customer service, they show complete disdain for their customers. Wish I could do more to get them prosecuted and put out of business.

Order placed on 10th but never got shipped, so on Saturday I'm going to my bank to dispute the payment with Visa. Anyone else in my situation, PLEASE raise this issue with your bank; they can raise a dispute on your behalf to get your money back from these scammers. Anyone else considering ordering from them... Just don't! I tried to call them but the phone doesn't even connect, I just hear a beeping. These guys are con artists but fortunately there are consumer protections in place.
