In my experience, this platform uses very questionable practices. The pricing breakdown is not clearly explained, and the payment is automatically charged to your bank account without properly requesting final confirmation from the customer or allowing a clear review of the payment details. In addition, they do not provide a real option for cancellation or refund, even when the order was made by mistake and the product has not yet been delivered. Customers are also prevented from properly exercising their right of withdrawal.
