Zero stars, fraud. These people have been charging my card $79, $49, $49! Every month sometimes twice a month. I cancelled my card and now they are charging my new card. FTC complaint is next. I don’t even know how these people got my card.

I ordered a pair of eyeglasses, they made me dizzy so I asked for return instructions. After a few days they sent me instructions of where to send the, back in CHINA. They were originally sent from Franklin Park Illinois. On March 10 there was a unauthorized charge for $49.99. I sent a email this morning demanding a refund of the unauthorized charge today. I'll be reaching out to other sources to let others know about there deceptive practices

I discovered they had charged me $49.99 for 5 months but I did not know what it was for. I contacted them was told it was for a membership plan they said I signed up for. I never signed up for the membership and never activated it. They offered me 7 dollars a month going forward.
A complete scam! Really frustrating and disheartening

I ordered three Safe Cards for $49.99 which I received. Then I discovered they had charged me $49.99 for 5 months but I did not know what it was for. I contacted them was told it was for a membership plan they said I signed up for. I never signed up for the membership and never activated it. They would only offer a 50% discount on the last month. What a deceptive business or rather a scam.

That was about 2 weeks ago and i have sent e-mails and tried to call them with no success or answers. I still have not receieved any cane's and the tracking number does not work, the company is a total scam.

I ordered 2 pairs of Lorax Barefoot Shoes. I never received a confirmation number or a tracking number. Right after I ordered the shoes, I was charged $49.99 for membership in their VIP club which I did not sign up for! They finally sent me a tracking number but it had been delivered somewhere not at my address. I have never received the shoes! They are definitely a crooked company!

I originally placed an order with Amero Home for two bottles of methylene blue. However, I was overcharged and sent five bottles instead. Upon contacting the company, I was told I would need to pay for international shipping back to China in order to receive a full refund after they received the returned items. This was unreasonable, especially considering the overcharge was their error.
Shortly after, I noticed an unauthorized membership charge, which I had already requested to cancel in my first correspondence. I made it very clear that I was not interested in any membership, yet the company responded by trying to offer me a discounted rate instead of honoring my cancellation request.
The website is confusing, communication is inconsistent, and the return process appears deliberately complicated. These practices feel deceptive and obstructive to consumers seeking fair treatment.
Given that this business is based in China and the issues involve misleading charges and international return complications, I am now filing a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for further investigation and consumer protection action.

Ordered a DEOcross c-ears, 3 more added somehow. When they arrived I tried using 1 and was not satisfied, paid $134.95. Requested an address to return all 4 and a refund. Received a response that is a runaround. Did not receive an address to return the items. I suspect SCAM.

I ordered 3 credit card shields on my phone.
(From an ad on the phone), late at night.
The next morning I called early and told the lady that I wanted to cancel the order. I received it yesterday and they sent 4 items and took $305.61 out of my bank.
I called them over 6 times and they hang up on me. I sent a Email and asked for a
refund and how to send back what they sent me. I think they are a thief and need
to be arrested.

ordered one product and received it. at the same time they signed me up to a membership service that i did not request and charged my card $49.99. When i requested my membership be cancelled, they would only give me a 50% refund. This is very deceptive business practice. As close to a scam as you can get!
