I'm not here to speak badly of anyone but I do not recommend this company at all, I have had 3 flight compensation claims with Vueling, 1 I did through Vueling and they gave me the money after 5 days, through Airclaim it takes a month for them to approve the compensation and another month for the payment, I will never do it through them again. Last year they did it through AirHelp and it also worked very quickly and effectively. I don't know what they do with my money because Vueling paid them over a month ago and I'm still waiting. Besides, they are not friendly when answering my emails and they do not inform me of anything. How can it be that a review is answered in 10 minutes and an email in weeks? I had to contact them to complain through Facebook and Messenger, it was the only way someone from the company answered me, what a disgrace. ON TOP OF EVERYTHING THEY JUST PAID ME ONLY 261€ OUT OF 400€, THEY KEPT 140€ JUST FOR MY FACE, AND THEN THEY CHARGE IT AS COMMISSION, A TOTAL ROBBERY, A DAMN SCAM!!!! I RECOMMEND EVERYONE NOT TO USE THIS AGENCY. THEY'RE NOT SERIOUS AND THEY'LL KEEP A THIRD OF YOUR MONEY. A parte no son amables contestando a mis correos y no informan de nada. tuve q contactar para reclamarles por Facebook y messenger, fué la única forma de q me conteste alguien de la empresa, toda una vergüenza. como puede ser q una Rezension la contesten en 10 minutos y un email en semanas? ADEMÁS DE TODO ACABAN DE PAGARME DE 400€ SOLO 261€, SE HAN QUEDADO 140€ POR LA CARA, Y LUEGO PONEN COMISIÓN, UN ROBO TOTAL, UNA MALDITA ESTAFA!!!! RECOMIENDO A TODO EL MUNDO A NO USAR ESTA AGENCIA, POCA SERIEDAD Y SE QUEDARÁN CON UN TERCIO DE TU DINERO. RECLAMA TU COMPENSACIÓN DIRECTO CON LA COMPAŃIA AÉREA!!! Ich möchte hier nicht schlecht über irgendjemanden reden, aber ich kann diese Firma überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Ich habe dreimal Entschädigungsansprüche für meinen Flug bei Vueling geltend gemacht, einmal über Vueling, und ich bekam das Geld nach fünf Tagen. Bei Airclaim dauert es einen Monat, bis die Entschädigung genehmigt wird, und einen weiteren Monat, bis sie ausgezahlt wird. Ich werde es nie wieder über sie machen. Letztes Jahr haben wir es über AirHelp gemacht, und das hat auch sehr schnell und effektiv funktioniert. Ich weiß nicht, was sie mit meinem Geld machen, denn Vueling hat sie vor über einem Monat ausgezahlt, und ich warte immer noch darauf. Außerdem beantworten sie meine E-Mails nicht freundlich und informieren mich über nichts. Wie kann es sein, dass eine Bewertung in 10 Minuten beantwortet wird, eine E-Mail aber erst nach Wochen? Ich musste sie über Facebook und Messenger kontaktieren, um mich zu beschweren, aber das war die einzige Möglichkeit, wie mir jemand von der Firma geantwortet hat. Painlich! ZU ALLEM HÖCHSTEN HABEN SIE MIR NUR 261 € VON 400 € BEZAHLT, 140 € OHNE GRUND EINBEHALTEN UND DANN EINE KOMISSION BERECHNEN, EIN TOTALER RAUB, EIN VERDAMMTER BETRUG!!!! ICH EMPFEHLE JEDEM, DIESE AGENTUR NICHT ZU NUTZEN. SIE SIND NICHT SERIÖS UND BEHALTEN EIN DRITTEL IHRES GELDES EIN. FORDERN SIE IHRE ENTSCHÄDIGUNG DIREKT BEI DER FLUGGESELLSCHAFT EIN!!!
