Actually i dk if it's real or not. As i remember i entered the account number correctly coz i got the same problem before, so to make it short i found out that they really make u think u put the wrong details just for u to not get the chance to do withdrawals. they will ask u to call CS and file a complain. They will tell u to upgrade ur VIP level so they can fix the problem to make ur withdrawals on process. of course u need to pay more for that. This has happen to me before and im afraid it's a scam too
