When the confirmation system was issuing payment for you, it detected that you had an unfulfilled contract project. You purchased a contract worth USD 5,300.00 at 16:04:11 on 2025-08-15. This contract plan required the purchase of two contracts. Since you only purchased one contract and did not fulfill the obligation to purchase two contracts as required by the contract terms, the system restricted your withdrawal. but now it is not available to me any more for this contract, what can I do? I need help to fix the issue.
This project has been closed and removed from the market. You will need to participate in other project contracts and fulfill the outstanding contract amount of US$5,300 to restore your account function. Please note that the funds and earnings in your current account are related to the funds and earnings generated from the first of the two projects you previously participated in; these funds and earnings cannot be used to fulfill the current outstanding contract amount.
I only purchase $5300 for this contract, but my other contract investments do not relate to this contract, like the $780 and $1600 contract. Can I withdraw those balance out?
