AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Please do yourself the favor. I had to jump through hoops and eventually fight the charges through my bank. They are a scam and very passive aggressive responses.

How I wished I had read these reviews before making a one-time purchase at yumepik.com. In fact, it appears that other reviewers seem to have had the exact same evasive experience that I did. I purchased a single image resolution, and one week later, I was charged a $35 subscription fee. I contacted support immediately, and their responses were anything but accommodating and/or empathetic: I was only informed of their pricing and non-refundable policy, of course. I would advise pursuing other honest vendors for this type of digital work, as this company is obviously trying to slyly scam patrons for additional costs without being transparent upfront.

I bought a one time conversion from jpg to svg for 1 € which worked well. But now one week later they charged my card with 35 € claiming an subscription I never agreed to, neither did they confirm it to me. Total scam!
