I paid 1.98 for a personality test. Now I received just this morning they took 29.95 from my bank account. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION. I DON'T SEE A NUMBER TO CALL AND CANCEL. I'm so upset.

DO NOT use this website. It is a complete scam. They will use your financial account info and deduct, even if you try to cancel the subscription.

Scam they are deceiving their customers. you think you’re getting a report for $1.98 but they are hiding the subscription trail information and will charge you for $29.95 per month. They are also hiding the log in page making it difficult to log in to cancel your plan. No phone number listed. Do not use!

I did some kind of personality report, and at the end, it charged me $1.99 Little did I know that it was actually $1.99 for a trial subscription. A week later charged me $29.99 for some stupid subscription that I had no idea I was buying. l immediately canceled. I gave them an opportunity to handle this kindly, when I requested a refund. They responded by informing me that my time to cancel was within 7 days. I explained that I had no idea that I was purchasing a "trial" subscription and thought it was a report I was buying. I have them a second opportunity to issue me a refund. They declined.

I had the same experience as Jane Smith. Online survey looked interesting and the $1.95 charge seemed reasonable, but there was no reason or explanation for the $29.95 charge later. Have reported to my bank as fraud.

Complete scam. I completed one survey and paid £1.95 for it. A week later £30 was taken from my account without authorisation. Nowhere on the site to contact them. The email I received does not mention signing up for a subscription service, nor how to cancel. ITS A COMPLETE SCAM. I've emailed them but doubt I will hear back. I've had to contact my bank to report fraud and hopefully they can recover the money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
