Ordered Bee-Vernom in November 2024 in Dec it was “dispatched” got in my country Jan was with customs then it was with the courier it’s still in transit even today it’s March 27 2025! How does these kind of companies still get allowed to be selling and dooping people money like this continuously ? R1199 later I have no product and they keep saying no it’s with couriers and not responding anymore 🤷🏾‍♀️. This Mancasales and Yearrains.com should be stopped it’s wrong truly! But what goes around comes around they will reap what they are sowing!

On Dec7 2024 I ordered some ointment for arthititis from them for R499 When the transaction was done, it was for R622. I immediately contacted them and they explained it is import tax. I requested cancellation of the order which according to them is not possible. To date Feb 15 2025 I am stll waiting for my parcel. At the age of 76 living on a State pension this is a lot of money for me to just loose. I can forward all correspondence between us if needed. Thank you

I ordered a product on their site on 15 December 2025, they said 3- 5 days for delivery, R511.22 was deducted from my card - package not yet delivered. Attempted to follow up, got a shipping update with order nr #MOAU1097 from SILUETA DIVINA, order was updated with new shipment nr. NO PARCEL YET!!!! I believe it is a scam and they are a lot of thieves helping themselves Stealing other people's money!

I ordered a product on the site on the 16 Dec 2024 I was told 3 to 5 days delivery and today is the 21 Jan 2025 still not delivered ,I have attempted thrice to follow up ,after the third attempt no response - the last tracker update was the 16 Jan to say arrived at facility - to this date nothing .Temu is faster than this - the service is truly pathetic .Dont bother ordering anything they have as Temu or Amazon have the same product and you can be assured each step of the way as to where your package is ,at this point ive probably just lost R500 for a package i might just not get at this point ,How do u promise 3 to 5 days and go 30 days with no update .Lousy experience to say the least .

Order confirmed 04/12/2024. 3 to 5 days delibery. Been 10 days. No update. Only "shipment is on the way". Communication sent. No reply!!
