I purchased dog food supplements in December 2025 from Wolfroots. It arrived and I had been using it for my dogs. I was notified by the Fraud Dept of my bank a couple of days ago that my credit card had been blocked as Wolfroots had made a payment claim. I immediately emailed Wolfroots - to ask if there was a subscription in place - couldn’t see this on the website The email comes back there will be a reply in 24 hours- when the reply comes it says happy to help but instead of cancelling - maybe postpone etc I have written back several times saying no please cancel urgently as I don’t want any product but I don’t want any further payment attempts Multiple emails - no confirmation of whether the cancellation has happened. customer service is abysmal - wouldn’t go near this company
