Avoid Watchlyx at all costs. I ordered a TAG Heuer Formula 1 on November 21 and paid over $1,000. It has now been over a month, and I still have not received the watch, a tracking number, or any proof that the item was ever shipped.

Their advertised shipping timeline of 24–72 hours was flat-out false. After repeated follow-ups, I received vague, canned responses about “security checks” and shifting delivery estimates. Eventually, they stopped responding entirely. No updates. No explanations. Nothing.

The biggest red flag is authenticity. Their marketing claims the watches are authentic, yet their legal terms explicitly say they cannot guarantee authenticity. When I questioned this, they gave verbal reassurances but provided zero documentation, verification, or evidence — and then went dark. If you’re spending this kind of money on a luxury watch, that is completely unacceptable.

At this point, this isn’t just bad customer service — it’s a breakdown of trust. Over a month later, I have no product, no tracking, no response, and no confidence this company operates legitimately. I would never recommend Watchlyx to anyone considering a high-value purchase.
