On January 19, 2026, I purchased a single product from this provider for just under €5. Three days later, this provider (Russian-speaking, company registered in the USA in 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA – operated by Registered Agents Inc., a service for anonymous LLC formations.) debited a further $69 from my account. It turned out that when I purchased the small product, I had somehow signed up for a monthly membership with them for $69 per month, which becomes chargeable after a 3-day trial period. These terms and conditions were not clearly communicated. When I received the access link for the small product by email, there was no mention of my subscription already being active and that I could use the free three-day period and then cancel if I wanted to. Furthermore, the link sent to me for the small product DID NOT WORK! I kept getting “access denied due to security issues with the website”. I contacted the seller and asked for a refund. He said that I had agreed to the paid offer myself and had not canceled my subscription during the first three free days. I researched this provider on the internet and read numerous complaints from other buyers who had also been scammed on literally every possible online platform, who had also complained about this non-transparent, fraudulent practice. All of them had to complain to their banks about their transactions in order to get their money back.
