I want to share my experience with voicebyindigo.com / Voice by Indigo so others don’t get caught off guard. I was charged $69 without agreeing to anything. I never subscribed or confirmed a payment, but the charge showed up on my statement. When I contacted support, I got no real help - just vague replies. Their website also seems unstable. When I tried to check service details, I got error messages and pages wouldn’t load. This whole situation feels misleading: - They charge you without a clear way to say yes. - There’s no easy way to contact them or get a refund. - The site and company info are very limited and unclear. I’ve contacted my bank to dispute the charge and block future payments. I recommend that anyone who sees “Voice by Indigo” on their bill do the same. Bottom line: This does not seem like a real or trustworthy business. I regret visiting their site. Avoid.
