I accidentally subscribed to the site, and money was withdrawn from my bank card; how can I get a refund and unsubscribe?

Got scammed on a page before the Ringgo app downloaded asking for bank details. I thought it was to take parking fee but after completing details it took me to the Ringgo app. They took 99p out of my account then £30.93 the next day. Luckily my bank Barclays spotted it and contacted me.
