I ordered a dress from Vellinco. There was nothing wrong with the dress except that it was way too big. I wanted to return it, however, it appears that I have to return it to Hong Kong. It was sent to me from a warehouse in California but must return to Hong Kong. The cost of the return is too much. I will check in advance prior to ordering in the future. It doesn't specify in the general return instructions, only when you provide all the info they need. Then you are instructed to return the merchandise to Hong Kong. I will not be ordering from this company again. I

My dress wrong size. Not linen. Flimsy skimpy lace, not nice thick heavy embroidered lace as pictured. Only on the front tiers, not on the back tiers as advertised in the model turning around. Tried returning and getting my money back. The company states “ no questions asked”. However they state, 3 things. Return mailing label, Picture of dress and and one other thing I cannot remember. Which are part of “no questions asked”. This company is horrible and I want my money back NOW!!!!

I ordered a dress that said it was cotton and linen on the website. Also the page showed Nordstrom in big bold letters. The dress I received has a tag that plainly states the material to be Polyester and elastane. Looks like like the dress in the ad. The dress doesn’t fit and trying to return it and get my money back has been a nightmare. I will send my cc the info and hopefully they will be able to recover my money. Do not order anything from this company. A total SCAM!!!!

This website is a complete scam. I was set counter fit material. I ordered quilted laundry baskets and receive stamped baskets. Trying to get my money back has been going on for two months. My last email they sent to me even said we are having financial crisis, please understand. I’m not getting my money back in this. Very frustrating. Making a report to Better Business Bureau. I have my credit card company trying to get the money back also. Do not order anything from these scammers.

A bit misleading in the add, Nordstrom in big bold letters. I ordered two shirts. They came within a week and are very good quality. Size was true. I am very pleased. This was my first order.
