This is probably the worst company I have EVER had the displeasure of working with!!!! THEY LIE, LIE, LIE..... They DID NOT fulfil the order the way it was communicated via Email PRIOR to the order being placed. They charged me for a stupid Ebook that was suppose to be FREE. They claim DHL Express Priority Insured shipping BUT my Parcel was sent via CHINA POST! The order was placed and "SHIPPED" on 14 May 2025 and it is now 18 JULY 2025, more than TWO MONTHS and still no delivery. They respond VIA EMAIL POORLY and VAGUE and do not deal with the issue at hand. FINALLY, when I made it clear I want a refund because of THEIR inability to deliver the order on time, in the right way and communicate properly, they send me some stupid response that they do not return/refund SALE ITEMS!!!! How incompetent are these people. THIS IS NOT A RETURN!!!!! I NEVER received the items. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. I would strongly advise ALL to NOT WORK WITH THEM EVER!!!! I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM IN USA FOR FRAUD!!!!
