Where do I begin.. I am to contact this company after many many attempts. The "product" is on a subscription I have been unable to cancel and it ships from several different sellers. I have already contacted my CC company to dispute the 10 previous charges to my account. Now( sept 15 & 20) I have received 3 more bottles for the same seller... Please help!!!!!

I ordered a product which I received about a month later. The next month I see a charge on my credit card for what I didn't order. Sent them an emai to refund my monies. Have not yet heard from them.I am canceling my cc. I think they're crooks.

This company is a rip off. Charged for items I didnr order. I wantvto send back. I will canceled my card. I see other has had the same problem. Scams. 90.00 at that.

My advice: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AS ITS A SCAM. I originally placed an order and paid via shop.app. It was supposed to be a one off. However, they setup a recurring order and have recharged me. Shop.app says to cancel you have to go to tryzoone. The email listed on their site has bounced every time. I have tried reaching out on facebook and instagram. They blocked me on facebook. So far no joy on insta. I've had to delete my shop.app account to try stop further orders. No idea if this will work. I've tried reporting to shop.app (shopify) with no joy. Tryzoone has did have a sign in / account section but that only showed orders placed. No options to cancel. I tried to sign in today and theyve removed that functionality. The first order did arrive after a month. They stated on a question on facebook that they manufacture in the USA, but the tracking shows its completely come from China and I noticed someone else had pointed that out too. As a result I binned what turned up because given their practices, I cannot trust the contents. My next steps if they take any more money is to report fraud to my bank / police. I paid via shop.app to feel safe but their lack of support here as eroded my trust in them. Hopefully deleting my payment methods and my account will stop it but that shouldnt be the solution.

I ordered them to stop a shipment they had for me with out me ordering the product, I told then I did not place an order not to charge my account, I told them to stop the shipment and they charged my account. I did not order anyting.
