This website is a scam.Initially, I only wanted a quicker check-in and they charged me 1€. Later I realized that I had ended up on the wrong site because of an ad, so I stopped the process. I assumed I had only lost that 1€. Two days later, they billed me 79€, and I only noticed it a week afterward.

Scam - they are forcing you hidden subscription and getting your money. I already send 2nd reminder for refund even in the 14-day return law period without using any of their services, why would you ?

Check the 5 star ratings, they are so so fake made by internals.

RESPONSE: While your subscription was cancelled as per your request, this occurred outside the free trial period, which is why no refunds for previous charges were offered - all AI generated responses, I will use human lawyer and see what they get

This is a cheating website. I experienced almost the same with MSTMC last week. At first time I just want a faster check-in and was charged 1€，soon later I identified that I went to a wrong website from an Ad so I didn't continue with it. I thought I lost 1€ only. 2 days later, I was charged 79€ which I found a week after! What I can't understand is that this apparently cheating website is still working! I don't think just a few people been cheated!

Does anybody know how to report the scam website?

We wanted to check-in online at Sunexpress Airline. Since I've never flown with them, I entered the name Sunexpress and online Check-In in the Search Engine.

I was promted to www.travibly.com. I then tried to check in, and was charged 1 €, which I didn't think was odd in the beginning, because the Sunexpress Counter Check-In would have been 5 € per Person.

The Page displayed buttons that offered Subscriptions for 49 € and 79 €, which I didn't click. I then created a profile and tried to check-in again, which didn't work.

Only when I contacted the Travel Agency we booked through I was told the correct domain of Sunexpress Airline.

Appearently, once you create a profile, you automatically agree to a Subscription, and of course, the 79 € not the 49 €. You can cancel within 72 h, but for that, you need to be aware of the fact that you actually have a subscription with them. Usually, only after they deduct the 79 € one is alerted and reached out to them about the charge. By that time, the 72 h of course have passed and you cannot cancel your subscription without charge.

This is a Scam.
