Apex and www show the same store. No active phishing, malicious download or deceptive redirect was reproduced in the public pages and selected code reviewed. Three paid orders for a shoulder bag and two phone cases have matching delivered tracking in Germany and Canada. Company, contact, return, shipping, FAQ, privacy and service pages and selected conversion-telemetry code were reviewed. FAQ gives thirty days to request a return and seven to ten business days for card refunds; Return Policy gives forty-five days and fourteen business days. Shipping says no cancellation once an order enters the system, but also describes a later packing or shipment cutoff. Full defective-item refunds and the sixty-day full refund for untracked non-delivery are acknowledged. China dispatch is disclosed. Public feedback includes delivered products and unresolved delivery, product-function and refund complaints; these are not independently adjudicated.
