I bought a portable ultrasound scanner from Todopocus. The seller advertised a 30-day return guarantee and claimed the device held all the necessary certifications (FDA, CE, etc.) for medical use. The device was delivered quickly, but my tablet wasn't powerful enough to allow for effective operation (there was significant latency). When I contacted Todopocus to ask how to return the unit, I received no further response from support. I then took a chance and bought a more powerful tablet. The scanner works with it, but I never received a written invoice or—more importantly—written confirmation of the required certifications. I have repeatedly asked support for these documents, but there has been total silence since then. I suspect Todopocus does not actually hold these certifications, despite advertising them. This renders the device useless for professional use.
