Buyer beware. Avoid purchasing anything from Tidenox. I ordered two bags from them, but then decided t he following day, I would email their customer services to cancel the order and to refund in full. Their response to that initial email was that I should withdraw my refund request in exchange for "a 10% discount coupon". This went up to 20% after I insisted that they just refund me in full as they hadn't even dispatched the items (they then admitted that they didn't actually have them in stock). Then a 30% coupon was offered in their following reply. "Be patient. The quality of our items is so good they are worth the wait".
Once it became obvious to them that I wasn't going to accept anything other than a full refund, they then switched tact to a heartstring pulling "Due to the continuously worsening economic situation, our company is also facing a serious economic crisis". Again, another cynical excuse for not fully refunding.

Once it got to being offered a 40% voucher or a 45% refund (their best offer), I raised a claim through PayPal's resolution centre as it was clear they had no intention of refunding me anything. Their latest email was one asking me to cancel the dispute raised with PayPal in exchange for a "20% delay compensation". If I did this, they would then "refund me as soon as possible". Of course, I refused. And PayPal thankfully refunded me in full.

All in all, not a great experience... but if there is one thing Tidenox has taught me, if you've never heard of a company before but you want to buy their stuff online, read the online reviews of it first... and definitely use a payment method that is protected.

I ordered some Christmas which were advertised on the CNN App. First they did not show up. I contacted customer service, and they said they would send a replacement. I received today but was disappointed. Not what they advertised in the add and on the website. Were supposed to be 3 dimensional ornaments, when they arrived they were pictures enclosed in clear plastic. False advertising, defrauding. I contacted them again, let’s se….

Total scam! Tried to return the shirt for a larger size, and they said it would be an outrageous amount to do so. Offered me two choices: give to someone in need, or they would offer a 50% discount. What the heck does that mean?? Do not buy from these people! This was seen on Fox News website.
