One star is one more than I would give if I had a choice! I ordered from this company on July 2, 2026. Got an email on the 3rd saying it shipped. I forgot about it for awhile and when I saw another ad from the company I started looking into it. The tracking info provided showed that my order had been delivered July 25th, but I never got it. I emailed the company and they asked if I was sure it wasn’t delivered…told me to check with my local post office or maybe one of my neighbors signed for it. I wrote back asking if it was delivered by the post office, because their tracking info was not at all informative. I also asked if a signature was required for delivery. Haven’t heard anything back….

I ordered from them on 3 July as of this date I have not received my order even though the tracking number indicates it was delivered. I will never order anything from this company again and neither will my friends or family.
