Gave 1 star because I couldn’t give 0. I contacted this company before I ordered and stated I didn’t want to deal with international orders. I was told the vast majority ship from their US warehouse and only occasionally ship from a European warehouse. I placed an order fully expecting a shipment from a US warehouse but received a shipping noticed coming from China, exactly what I didn’t want. When the boots arrived they were too narrow and my husband couldn’t get his foot in. I contacted the company and for the first few emails was basically told it was my fault for ordering the wrong size. I ordered the right size but their boots are not wide enough. The shipment came with a US return address though they shipped from China but the company told me I’d need to return them to their UK warehouse, exactly why I did not want to deal with an international company. If you look at their return policy before you order there is absolutely no mention that the boots need to be returned to UK. It will cost as much as the boots to return them internationally. I stated there’s a US return address on the shipping label but was told the US warehouse cannot accept returns. This is a scam and quite deceitful, especially when I inquired before I ordered and was basically told US orders are shipped from US warehouses and this was untrue. Beware of dealing with this company. Their website states worry free returns which is complete bull. I will search any place I can leave a review and will be sure to warn as many people as I can to steer clear of this company.
