Total Scam: I was taken for $289.00 dollars for a life time IT Support agreement. Less than 30 days later my printer lost connection to my internet. I spent a full 8 hour day trying to connect with TECHNETPRINTLLC support. All phone numbers provided and others I found online did not work, all stating (no longer in service) The TECHNETPRINTLLC web site links for support do not work, nor does the link "billing@technetprintllc" for billing. Hence, I'm unable to cancel this service agreement which has a 30 day cancellation clause. So much for life time support from TECHNETPRONTLLC. This turned out to be a total scam!
