Non-delivery is not measured from receipt: confirmed loss allows replacement or a full refund including original shipping, and untracked non-delivery after 60 calendar days qualifies for refund. Seller-caused damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods may be reported within 45 days, with necessary return shipping covered. Approved return refunds are initiated within 14 business days including inspection. The About page still names VERNEX LTD at a Denver address; this is a site statement, not independently authenticated company evidence. These terms address the October 19 policy contradictions.
