Apex and www show the same store. No active phishing, malicious download or deceptive redirect was reproduced in the public pages and selected code reviewed. Three paid sheet-holder and electric-shaver orders have matching tracking marked delivered in the UK and US. Current company, contact, FAQ, shipping and return pages and selected telemetry were examined. FAQ gives seven days for defective, incorrect or damaged goods and describes an approved replacement; Return Policy gives fourteen days for quality issues and describes original-payment refunds without a definite completion deadline. FAQ limits cancellation to twelve hours; Return Policy allows full cancellation refunds before production or shipping, without explaining precedence. No restocking fee and at most one shipping charge including returns are acknowledged. Public feedback includes deliveries and separate unadjudicated disputes. Registration, product performance and private security audits were not certified.
