The apex redirects to the www storefront over HTTPS. The reviewed homepage no longer displays the previously reported review-count claim, and its guarantee now states replacement first, then refund if replacement is unavailable. Those older homepage issues are not treated as current findings.

The current QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2024 product still promises lifetime use. Its added licensing note describes a legacy license outside Intuit’s current official channel. Intuit’s current guidance does not offer perpetual Pro licenses. The reviewed listing provides no product-specific provenance establishing that the advertised 2024 lifetime entitlement predates this restriction. This is an unresolved product-claim conflict, not proof that a delivered key is counterfeit.
