Now I can't even trust you people to tell us that this company is a scam. There's no way they should be receiving such a high score — I would give them a zero.

I placed an order at the end of August, and the main item I purchased was great, but I made the mistake of ordering a few other items — none of which are working. I wanted to return them, but when I reach out for instructions, I never get the information that I need, including my order numbers which I never received.

Each time I email them, they send me the same boilerplate reply saying they received my message — what a joke — and I never get the information needed to return the items for a refund.

On top of that, after I received the initial items, about a week or two later, they sent me a supplement that I never ordered, and they keep sending it even though I’ve told them numerous times that I never wanted the supplements. They just keep ignoring me. The last time I reached out, the email I received told me that my order is confirmed and they’re sending the supplement again.

So outrageous and infuriating!
