I placed an order in August (2025), with an expectation that the order would be delivered within 2-3 weeks (per their website). The order never arrived. When I checked the status on their website, it only noted that my order was last updated updated in September (2025). Their is no contact number is provided on their website. I tried messaging them on their business profile via Facebook. They read each of my messages but never responded. According to their website, you can only reach a rep by competing a form on their webpage to request an email response. When they responded to my request, they gaslit me. They told me that they'd filed a claim with UPS and suggested that I do the same (to expedite the process). They eventually provided me with a UPS tracking number and I learned that the package never made it through customs because it was missing information on the customs form. According to the tracking information, UPS had attempted to contact skincolor.net multiple times with no response. As a result, the package was discarded. I relayed this information, via email, to skincolor.net. They claimed that none of the information available on UPS tracking was accurate. Skincolor.net told me that they would file a claim and asked me to do the same. When I tried filing a claim with UPS, I couldn't. Each attempt ended with a error message that stated I needed to contact the company. I then contact their international shipping department, they confirmed the tracking information that I already had and recommended that I contact skincolor.net for more information. You can already guess how that went. I've requested a refund multiple times, to which skincolor.net responds by saying that their policy is that they do not issue refunds until the package is returned, so their hands are tied. The gag is I NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE, IT NEVER MADE IT THROUGH CUSTOMS DUE TO THEIR OWN ERROR. Skincolor.net is aware of this yet they insist that I'd agreed to their policy by placing my order. It was at this time they also informed me that when they do process refunds, they're issued in the form of in store credit (convenient because why would I ever do business with them again). Each time I've followed up with skincolor.net for an update they deny everything and take no responsibility despite having forwarded me an email where UPS informed them that the package didn't clear customs (see attached email string)! The last communication I had with this company took place on November 5, 2025 when I emailed them the reference number for my inquiry with UPS. They'd been sending me on a goose chase with UPS, while they did nothing. So I recommended they use the reference number that I provided when communicating with UPS about this case and the "claim" they supposedly submitted. As I'm typing this on November 18, 2025, they have yet to respond and I still don't have my package. How do you spell S-C-A-M?!

"Scam-Level Negligence"
I placed an order for ISDIN Hydration cream on this website on September 6th (#131830). It’s been over a month, and my order hasn’t even left Spain. This level of negligence is beyond unacceptable. Judging by the flood of negative reviews across multiple platforms, it’s obvious that customer satisfaction means absolutely nothing to this company. I’ll be leaving a one-star review and sharing my full experience so others can avoid the same mistake. I genuinely regret ever ordering from them.
