I ordered a Bible from them at $4.99 but never received it. They charged me 9.98.

The company advertises a Bible study guide with beautiful photographs and color and it shows about 10 people giving reviews smiling holding the book and they talk about how helpful it is. I happen to be on a special sale in which they offered it for $4.99 and so I thought that was great so I clicked to put it in my cart to order it. Then a pop-up came and said it was going to be 499+799 shipping so I proceeded to get ready to put my card information to purchase but another pop-up came up and said the 499 version is only black and white. It will not be color if you would like an upgrade and get the colored version. It’s 1299. So now I thought what the heck I don’t want black-and-white I want the color like I see in the picture so I said yes I’ll order the upgrade. The next thing you know it tells me that I’m getting charged for the black-and-white one and for the color one that’s too now I didn’t want to study guide I wanted one study guide color book bound. So now they added another 799 shipping so now my order came up to $29 and some change me thinking $29 actually is not really bad for a thick nice bound Bible study guide so frustrating as it was. I thought OK and I went ahead and placed the order. two minutes later I get an email and apparently both books came in my email in a PDF download. No way. That is blatant fraud. I did not order a download. I ordered book the same book that all those people are smiling and holding that’s what I wanted so I sent a message to the company. They sent me a message back talking about all kinds of biblical things and how I should be appreciated and because of this happening, they’d be happy to give me 15% of my money back. And they sent me a third download as a bonus. I sent another message back and I told him I am not going to download a single one of those files because you’ve already proven to me I cannot trust you the last thing I want is to put a virus on my phone. I asked them kindly to refund 100% of my money back. So they blocked me. I can’t email them anymore. It comes back undeliverable.

This company is a total scam. They make you think you are getting so much and I received nothing but PDFs on my e-mail. I was supposed to get a "free" daily journal and they charged me for it without my permission. When I questioned them about my order and when I would receive it they informed me it was all in my email. I told them I wanted a refund and they first offered me 15% telling me they needed money to fund their project I said no then they offered me 50% I said no again and said I would accept 75% and they gave me a 10.00 credit on my credit card. I was totally duped and do not recommend these people to anyone. They are scammers.

I never received what I ordered
