Annoyed and cheated

I ordered an article described as "100% mulberry silk". Before I ordered it, I looked up mulberry silk to make sure it was the real thing. It was, so I ordered and paid for my item. When an item arrived it was clearly labeled "100% polyester". I immediately contacted the company requesting either the correct item, or a full refund as promised by their site. Instead, they offered me the ability to keep the item I do not want and did not order, with a promised discount on my next purchase. Despite repeated exchanges of emails, they have never sent me the correct item nor agreed to a refund. They are fraudulent vendors.

I bought a nightgown that was described as “pure mulberry silk” on their website and priced accordingly. However it arrived with a tag sewn in that read 100% polyester. I’ve repeatedly requested to return it for a full refund but they keep offering to let me keep it for a 50% refund. I hate polyester almost as much as I hate scammers!
