I ordered and paid for a coat on 16th November 2025, as of the 09 December I have still not received the item ordered. I have sent numerous emails and left messages on their website but have never received a reply, so I do not know if the item will ever be delivered, They do not have a Customer Services contact Telephone number so there is no other way to contact this company, I am at a loss about how to find out what is happening about the coat which I have ordered and there is no way of checking this, I will not e ordering from this company in future.
