RxPros is definitely a scam. At first, it’s great, you get your “call” with the medical professional, get approved & soon your medication is delivered to your doorstep. THEN you open the box & it’s NOT what you ordered or paid for! Then you try to contact “support”. What support???!! The chatbot is a JOKE! The escalation is a JOKE! They don’t get back to you. Beware!!! Do NOT order Anything from RxPros.

I paid them for semiglutide on July 9th it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve been getting the we are working on it bs comment from customer service. When I ask for a refund they delete the comment. This place is fraudulent. Do not order from them it a SCAM!

I agree with the above review. There is NO ONE who will talk to you. It's all online CHAT or TEXT only. You might get to chat with a Dr. but it's online only. For the prices, you need an actual person you can talk to. No reputable company would not have a customer service number. Just another shady company trying to scam people.

I decided to place an order with them on a credit card thinking if the worst happens and it's a scam I can just let my cc company know and dispute the charges. Since I'm paying for a year service I can dispute the charge if they stop sending me tirzepatide at month 6 etc. I have tried semaglutide but was hoping that tirzepatide would be more effective for me and their pricing was fantastic. I paid for the year which was basically $2300 or 191.66 per month. (As opposed to $800 per month at my local MD). They have been great so far and really transparent about each step. I placed the order, filled out my health history, uploaded my photo ID, and was contacted by a NP within a minute of clicking the begin video consult button. RX Pros will cancel the pending credit card payment if you aren't approved. They say 2 or 3 business days to receive your first package. I got my FedEx tracking number yesterday Tuesday and checked again today (Wednesday) and my package arrives at noon today. The package is coming from Orlando but I don't know the exact pharmacy. So far so good 😊

Your website is screwed up, no one to chat with, no phone number to call but you sure as hell we’re quick to charge my cc when I can’t even put my mailing address in. Too expensive to deal with such inadequate support.
