I have never done business with this company. They charged my bank account through an account they or someone else set up in my name with Amazon.co.uk in the UK and in June 2025 they sent through a charge for $1.25 which indicates a test for a fraud account. Later that month they sent through another charge for $39.95 which went through. I did not catch that until they tried to charge another month of $39.95 but my bank alerted us we had a suspicious charge pending. We denied the charge and got a refund. That led to my own investigation that led me to another company, THALASSA МЕ АНЕМО Ltd. in London. I am in the process of trying to reach Amazon UK and inform them about the practices of this company. I had never heard of them or of Rtonecs that I can recall.
