I ordered a solar powered birdbath many weeks ago. Finally received it yesterday. Received the wrong birdbath! I ordered a hanging SOLAR birdbath !!! I also ordered a bird to hang in your window which was not what I ordered. I want my solar hanging birdbath what I ordered and paid for. I believe this is a scam!
