The company is scamming their employees. Employees are required to put in their own money to complete the entirely AI generated reviews. If an employee does not pay the money, then the company keeps all the money the employee already paid in for other orders, all the money the employee earned for doing reviews and all the bonus money the employee might have gotten. Anyone working with these thieves is putting their money and their company's reputation at risk.
