I had placed a order for bearpaw boots and sweat pants because the price was a good deal, after I placed my order I got to thinking that it sounds to good to be true, so I sent a message to them asking if they were legit and they assured me that they were legit and that they valued their company and assured me and thanked me for getting in touch with them. So stupid me I was like okay I'm not going to get scammed, and then they send me a tracking number and it says that the package was in transit or it was at the sorting center. When it finally said that it was delivered but didn't say who was the carrier, I talked to my post master about it and he said it wasn't shipped to the post office and to get in touch with them and let them know that I didn't receive it. They were very apologetic and said they would resend a new order, again it never showed up, and they said it was the delivery company must have lost it and they offered me a 70%refund. Then when I asked for the name of the courrier I told them that my post master could help to find out what happened to it, they then said that they would refund my total price and said it would take 15-25 days. I just sent them a new email telling them that the times up and they better send me my money or else I will report them. If I don't get a response then I will contact my bank on Monday and report it to them. Here's what I don't get is how can Facebook get away with selling them space and not be liable, I think that they let them scam people that they should have to pay for their stupidity and lack of security.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I placed an order, waited 32 days and it said it was delivered, it was not! After emailing back and forth they said it was my fault for not putting the correct address so I went back and checked, the address was correct then they offered to give me a 50% refund which I obviously said no so they agreed to give me a full refund 16 days ago so I emailed them again and they said the refund was approved and didn't know why I haven't received it but they would send try to send it again. Have heard from them again and still haven't received my refund.
