They claim to offer free US shipping for orders over $70. My cart subtotal was $82. The only shipping option available was for $13 standard shipping. I thought it might be a bug I have experienced before, I sent an email to the address provided on January 22. No reply. But the very next day they send me an email about my abandoned cart....which at the bottom said if you have any questions reply to this email. So I copy/pasted my original email, again, no reply. Back to the website I find a form to submit with screenshots of the shipping issue. Today is the 27th and there is still no reply of any kind. And there is no way to delete an account, only to sign out. They might make a great product but their lack of response has soured any future dealings with this website.
