I really extremely frustrated about the 2 repeated charges after my original purchase of 3 days of service for Euro 1.99 on 6 Aug 2026 from Profipdf.com (which is NOT known as trial period). From the platform, there is nowhere mention about the "automatic" renewal and more important how much it costs on that page I have seen for confirming my purchase of 3 days service. Without a payment service notice on 10 Aug 2026, the system charged from my card Euro 39.99 and again another Euro 39.99 on 3 Sept 2026. There is absolutely no invoice or email notification of the payment before the charging happened which the other company will do. I felt being tricked in this deal and I have already notified my bank to end the autopay to profipdf by today. Hereby I request profipdf to provide the refund to me for the charge on 10 Aug and 3 Sept because I have not used the software at all after 6 Aug. I have already sent a text to your company website "Contact us for Personalized Support" 7 hours ago. I have not received any response up to now though your company said the reply should come within one hour.
