I would give no stars but one is the lowest. I was scammed on a wedding band that looked great on their website, tawdry and shabby when received. After over a week of trying to return it, as advertised, I get one email after another asking for more information and no refund. This is a delay tactic intended to last beyond the 30 day refund guarantee. Avoid them/

I usually don't fall for scam ads but was in a hurry to order some wedding shoes for myself and my partner. The pictures looked great and they were about $48 each. As soon as I ordered I decided to look up the company because I had a bad feeling. When I saw other reviews on YouTube I immediately (same day) reached out to the company and requested a refund and told them not to send them. They responded saying the order had already been shipped, which of course was not true. A week later I received an email saying they had been shipped! When they arrived they were absolutely not the same shoes as in the pictures. They were dollar store quality. I emailed them and asked for a return label and they replied that I would have to pay for return shipping, which was going to be about $118! I wish there was a way to shut them down so other people aren't duped and cheated like I was. Very frustrating.
