Avoid this company at all costs! Pordora.com operates a deceptive business model designed to take advantage of customers. When you purchase an item, you automatically agree to their unfair terms and conditions, which offer no real guarantee of a hassle-free return if something is wrong.

If you need to return an item, be prepared to lose 50% of your purchase price in additional fees—this is completely unreasonable and far from customer-friendly.

To make matters worse, their customer service is unresponsive and refuses to resolve issues properly. Once they have your money, they simply stop replying.
