This page showed up under two separate addresses on two separate days on two separate devices. First, it was on my phone, listed as: pl29080317.profitableratecpmnetwork.com on 9/28 @ 7:37 PM, then on my PC as pl31163560.profitableratecpmnetwork.com on 9/29 @ 12:01 PM. I do not know what exactly this is from or what data it collects, but it seems entirely untrustworthy and potentially illegal from what I've gathered. If it is, I hope that it is taken down soon.
